112. Taipei Photo Diary | Day 5
We started the day off with some Hello Kitty Cafe! I ordered the tiramisu and Christine ordered the strawberry orange cheese cake. Surprise surprise! We got free drinks. I ordered the milk tea which tasted more like coffee flavored milk while Christine had a fruity drink. Because we had some time to kill before hitting up dinner and shopping, we stopped by a temple on our way. It was a really brief visit but it was really nice to explore and wander around without any goals or plans. Since Catherine had taiko practice that night, Christine and I had to search for dinner on our own. Taking the recommendation from Catherine, we had some dim sum at this fancy restaurant above the Taipei City mall (or the underground mall). It was a long and exhausting day, my feet really hurt and I was starting to feel my anxiety kick in.
